NINE ELMS GARDENS

Nine Elms Gardens is the gateway to the Market from Nine Elms Lane in close proximity to the new Battersea Tube Station.

Outline approval has been obtained for a development comprising seven buildings between six and 17 storeys, providing up to 430 apartments with a provision for retail uses to include café / restaurant, bars and some commercial offices.

It will form a western gateway to the new Linear Park to provide strong links through Nine Elms.
